Refund Policy

At the Agent Site Ltd we are committed to you, our customer.

In addition to any statutory rights we offer the following:

  • If the other parties in the transaction (the buyers or sellers) pull out of the transaction, a full refund is available.
  • Your fee for The Agent Site Ltd is dependant on the terms with your Estate Agent, so please refer to their Refund Policy for further information.
  • If you voluntarily withdraw from the transaction, you will receive a full refund of £245 + VAT if you withdraw within 30 days of submitting your transaction. Thereafter, any refund will be subject to the refund policy of your chosen Estate Agent and Solicitor.

Where we will not refund:

  • If you cannot obtain a mortgage – we kindly ask that you obtain a mortgage offer in principle before asking any of our panel solicitors to start work; if you are unsure, please ask that your file is set up but that no work is done until your mortgage offer has been received; this way you will have a full refund if you do not obtain a mortgage.

Please note that we, as the Agent Site Ltd, are acting as a specialist intermediary between Estate Agents and property law firms (conveyancers), so this refund policy applies to the Agent Site Ltd only.
